So disappointed. Since both hands were in the box, I decided to keep and glue them back. I asked for a small refund (some dollars off) since I had to fix it myself. That wasn’t granted. They could not have "smacked into the other".2 - I offered you a FULL REFUND if you sent the item back to me (so that I could make a damage claim to the USPS). YOU CHOSE to keep the item.3 - I have no idea how to give a discount after the point of sale, and I told you this. 4 - Uncalled for? You're right. You did all this to give me a negative review. Not nice.
