1/2 oz weighted jig head with squid teaser
Product looks to be of very good quality/finish and appears to be well made with a hook of sufficient size/strength. Only had an opportunity to utilized once to date and while it did not produce any hookups; I will defer on this assessment pending future chances to use this "Jig Head" ... conditions were not the best for drifting/jigging on my initial fishing trip.

Very similar to the large Fluke hooks that were being utilized 45 to 55 years ago.
Seems to be a quality, well manufactured product. I have started to incorporate these hooks into the various Fluke (Summer Flounder) and/or Black Sea Bass rigs that I tie myself. Still too early to evaluate their effectiveness.

Penn Spinfisher SSV4500 Spinning Reel
Received this reel and loaded up with 30# Daiwa J-Braid late last week. Have only had an opportunity to utilize on one occasion to date; targeting Black Sea Bass and Triggerfish. Reel was paired with a custom made 7' length/15 -30# line spinning rod ... both the reel and rod performed exceptionally well in water depths ranging between ~ 55' to 85'. Looking forward to many years of exceptional performance from both Reel and Rod.
