Save your money

It does not work.... simply put. No conversion of basic tv opti audio. Humms and buzzes only. Attached to a new Samsung smart tv(only audio output is opti). Tried to convert to audio inputs to a 6 year 5.1 surround system. Settings on both compnents were correct and working.Will have to find alternative plan.
