wonderful, great value,
i am 76 years old, have danced many years,at the ballroom in my younger days,after watching pictures of the tower ballroom, i had an urge to rediscover my youth,so much that later this year i am going with my husband and fellow dance members, to the tower for the day,to dance,my knees will be taped up, but ok, i am going to try. the cd, is wonderful.

good quality
my husband uses it, as he has only just having problems with his knees, he has always been very active, ex racing cyclist, but is in pain now, but at 89 we cant do much, but i put it on twice daily, he says he can feel a difference,
