  Item sold as "Brand new with tags" however tags were removed from item and defaced, likely not belonging to this item at all. Item shows signs of wear but seller has refused to provide any form of compensation or resolution to the issue. Paid for a brand new item but did not get what I paid for, sellers excuse does not seem a fitting one. Item itself is generally OK, if this was sold as without tags or used and at a price to reflect that then I wouldn't have complained.
