Classic Metal Covered Cake Pan Natural Aluminum Commercial Bakeware Durability

Lightweight and bakes even

Lightweight aluminum pan with good quality aluminum. So far I have baked one cake in it and it turned out nicely. Not sure if the lid is a tight fit though...seemed like a few days later the cake was drying out and I had it refrigerated. I may add plastic wrap over pan before putting lid on next time to see if that makes a difference.
