I Shouldn't Have Bought This
3 of 5 found this helpful This video by Miranda Esmonde-White is OK, but it's not what I was expecting. When I saw a clip of one of her videos on PBS, I thought this would be a nice way for me to improve my flexibility, health, etc. The bit I saw on TV showed people of various ages, body types, and abilities, so I thought this would be good for all fitness levels. Maybe what she did in that class was a different program that what she does on this video. I watched through the video before trying any of the exercises. She does not provide modifications for any of the exercises she demonstrates. At one point in the Posture portion of the video, as she is demonstrating a move, she says something like 'you can use a chair for balance if you need to, but you won't get the benefit of working the muscles needed for balance.' Really? If I were as flexible as she is, and if didn't have problems with my posture and balance, I wouldn't need this video! I do not think this is meant for beginners or for people who are very out of shape...or people cannot already twist themselves into pretzels.

Granny Wig w/Bun
This wig didn't fit well. I was told it would fit a head measuring 23 to 25 inches. My head measured right at 23 inches (and I have short hair), but the wig barely fit and barely covered my hair. Attempts to shift the wig left strands of the wig sticking up all over the place. This wig was very inexpensive and it was just needed/used for a short skit, so ultimately the fit wasn't that important; it served its purpose rather well. But if you'll be wearing it longer that 10 to15 minutes, or if your head measures 23 inches or more, or if you have a lot of hair, it may not be what you're looking for.

Foster Grant Sunglasses
These sunglasses are just "OK." The fit is kind of tight and puts some pressure behind the ears. The lenses aren't dark at all and provide little protection from sun glare. They are cute and stylish, but if true sun protection is what you're looking for, these aren't the sunglasses you're looking for.
