In good working order
As a reconditioned item it is clean and in good working order; some of the buttons need a good firm press to make them work.

Easy to use, light and robust
The dog needed encouragement the first few times but soon got used to it. It is too big to fit in boot with dog so has to go on back seat, which is not ideal. Retaining clip was also broken on arrival; glued it back but actually doesn’t get used at all anyway. Item is light, fairly robust and easy to use. Worth the £46 I paid but it’s RRP is £85 which is a bit too much.
