Too difficult to learn via DVD
Some of the qigong movements are difficult and would take a long time to learn how to perform them. I think this particular style of qigong is best learned from a live presentation with an instructor. I say this after having learned about 100 different qigong forms over the last several years.

Valuable aid to the practice of Qigong
Important qigong text for anyone thinking about learning Pangu Shengong or whoever is currently doing that style of Qigong. However, this is the original text but there is a revised edition.

Historical Value
The only value of this book for me is historical purposes because it was the first book on Chi Kung written in English. Learning the Chi Kung movements from the illustrations is almost impossible to do.
