Sams detailing foam lance
I have now got to test this foam lance 4 times:
The lance itself seems to be of good quality as it is made of brass. My concern is that the threads connecting the bottle to the lance is a weak point. (Brass nut with very sharp edges onto soft plastic bottle.) Anyway, I tested a regular 1liter degreaser bottle from a disposable degreaser and it did fit so that will be a backup if/when the bottle breaks.
The spray pattern is not perfect but it gives a thick dense foam with the included foam.
However, the Kärcher fitting that came with the kit is no good as is it way to tight and you get the feeling something will break when connecting or disconnecting the lance. I used a caliper to compare the dimensions with an original kärcher fitting and it turned out that the hole inside is just 8mm whilst the original is 8.2mm. I replaced the fitting that came with the lance with another I had lying around and it turned out great. Eventually one could use a 8.2mm drillbit to "ream" the centre hole.

Nice bayonet adaptor
The adaptor has nice fitment towards the HP washer. The threads are also metal that will make a tight, durable seal and will withstand the "abuse" it gets when repeatly disconnecting/connecting equipment from the HP washer.
