    arrived a couple of days later than estimated because of weather conditions -- no big deal !! Seller communication was very good. The price was good. the condition of the diffuser was good, but it arrived without an instruction leaflet (I'll contact the seller about this ) , and I do feel it could have been better wrapped. At the end of the day it's all fine. Thanks.

    Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong item. In addition, the seller accused me of lying. They stated that the colour I got did not exist. Once I sent them photos, they agreed to refund my money. An apology was never offered. They never even admitted that they made a mistake. Customer service is nonexistent with the seller and I would not recommend them nor will I be purchasing from them again.
