SO SLOW, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I purchased this in May 2022 phone. This phone is so slow, even after a factory reset, that it is unusable, any apps are unusable, everything that you would normally do on a smart phone, can't be done on this, all it's good for is making calls, so if you want to use a phone for the normal things that you would use a smart phone for, AVOID THIS PHONE

Ear piece speaker
This did the job, I couldn't here the person speaking on my lumina 640, so changed the ear piece speaker, not a difficult job, now works great.
