Like new and a great price.
I was a little skeptical about getting a refurbished phone, but this one came looking like new and the battery life seems fine. I've been using it for a few weeks now and it seems just like a factory Verizon phone. Thanks for a great price and a great product. Received was only the phone, no charger or fancy box, but it was just as advertised. For the price this was a super value.
