Item looked and is brand new but once I ...

Item looked and is brand new but once I put it on the end of the gun and wanted to take it back out to put the foam nozzle on the end of the nozzle was stuck in the gun and had problems getting it out of the gun this happens every time I release the multi jet the inside is stuck in the gun if any ideas to solve this problem would be appreciated thanks
