TENS Pain Relief
lots of cheap n nasty 1,s out there , this is not . what i like about this one is it is 9v & some are just 3v hence it wont need mess ing with so often good construction & enough time settings & variations & yes it do help if you have Arthritus of neck which affects both arms just dont over do it or place pads @ neck ! find from shoulders down works ok for me
