The mug is good and as described however it did not and does not come with a gift box. I was advised by the seller to turn the packaging box inside out to create a brown plain cardboard box as a makeshift giftbox. This doesn't look like a nice gift box at all so although I'm happy with the mug, packaging and delivery time I was disappointed not to receive a gift box. Seller responeded but did not resolve the issue.

Contacted the seller who immediately posted a replacement, which arrived within 2days! The item is the smartest mug i ve seen, very clear pictures & with the red trim & handle it s both great value for money & excellent quality. It had a tunnocks coconut marshmellow inside as an extra touch. Show how proud you are that our Lionesses bought it home & buy one!!! The seller refunded the purchase price less my cost of returning it and told me to retain the mug as part of the deal which was accepted. No problem with that arrangement.

white desk?

futuristic with functionality
