Kohler Lakefield Replacement Sink Rack 6011-ST - Stainless Steel

Better than the original Kohler product

We've gone through two of the original manufacturer's sink racks since getting our Lakefield sink 15 years ago. Eventually the white plastic covering cracks and the wire inside rusts, and it becomes unsightly and leaves rust marks on the sink enamel. When I went to buy a replacement for our existing one, I was dismayed to find that Kohler, once they retired that sink model, had also retired the accessories for it--an annoying move for a product that's meant to last for decades. I was so pleased to find these racks on eBay, and even more pleased that this manufacturer makes them available in stainless steel. It's a high-quality product, attractive, heavy-duty, and sturdy. Really exceeded my expectations!
