Awful product
3 of 3 found this helpful When I originally received the product, I received the incorrect pieces; I received two back grilles and it was missing screws. After emailing I then got the front grill, but still not the screws. After make shift building the fan using screws at home the fan was unbalanced and wobbly. The fan fell apart from moving it. The stand was unable to hold the fan itself up right and was at an angle. Therefore I have refused to use the product as it seems unsafe to me.
