Both packs arrived together with no indication of where the first delivery has been. The seller kindly advised that she did not require one of the packs returned. This is an example of the best of eBay sellers who cheerfully resolved a problem that was not of their making. Exemplary customer service.

Packageing had been opened but no note to say why! Coach bolts fell out of bag when posted through letter box. However bolts are exactly what I ordered and look to be of good quality. Royal mail tracking system useless. Stated that tracking info would only be updated when they had tried to deliver item. Same message on site several hours after delivery. No help at all for the recipient.

I received exceptional service from the seller, they happily sent out another item and provided excellent communication throughout. After 2 weeks the second delivery didn't arrive either(!) so they very kindly offered to try a third time. I suggested waiting a few more days, fortunately so because the orginal order finally arrived a full 6 weeks after it was posted! Good but
Good cutters not as precise as the kitchen raft ones I have and they have a slight curve on the cut at the end. The soft grip sticks to your skin too much too which hinders quick release. Ok if you’re going to use them non-stop for a long time though I suppose.
