  The item was shipped late due to "self isolating". I was told it was going out "today", but it was the day after. That was me contacting them to as it hadn't been updated as Dispatched after 3 days. And then, it arrived in smallest amount of bubble wrap and a bin liner for packaging.

  It was posted as soon as i was able to and even cost me more than i had originally charged. And as for the packaging i don't see the issue, it was a large object how else was i meant to send it ? I think negative feedback is unfair. Nevermind .
