Compulsory Text
If you are doing a business degree then this book is Compulsory Text. But, I would use this book what ever. It really is a help in my coursework.

Great Machine.
As I am permanently in a wheelchair I couldn't exercise. But with this well built little cycle machine and exercise straps I can work on my legs and arms. It works well from any seating arrangement or put it on the table and use your arms on it. If you like another way to exercise, then add the handled straps that come with it and stretch. For the money you wont get a better machine of its kind.

Soothing and Delightful
This is one of the most delightful books I have read in a while. Lorna is an Irish Mystic who has seen angels since she was a child. Although she mentions God through out, the open minded reader will have no problem in taking it for what it is. A lovely read for those quiet moments.
