  Item came brand new as described. All additional tools, manuals, and interchangeable bumpers + the included charging cable came factory sealed. It fit my Sig P365 perfectly, just as described. Seller shipped it out promptly, with the one day delay being the fault of the USPS system, as tracking confirms.
