    Dear Buyer, the Gucci bag is 100% authentic, I guarantee, authenification teams statement is wrong, I am going contact to manager of the team and prove them the item is authentic, I have all receipt from the store where I purchase it. The shoulder strap on the bag is from OTHER GUCCI bag! And I have disclosure it in the listing. Possibly, this was a reason that they callet in not authentic, Apologies for any inconveniece
