Schmetz quality, great price
If you go through needles like I do, this is a great deal. Use these for testing and tuning recovered and refurbished sewing machines, then send to new homes with a fresh needle. 80/12 seems to be a good size to cover basic sewing tasks. Universal point is just that, a general purpose application. Have found the Schmetz to be high quality and uniform construction. Certainly can buy needles better designed for more particular use (for more $$), but these suit me well.

Does as designed well
These work great for my 15 yr pug, I add a pad for extra absorbing. Do not slide down like diapers. I sew, but could not make them this nice for this price considering time, effort and materials. Make sure to measure pet as directed.

Worth giving a try
This turned out to be too large for my smallish jaw size, but was certainly worth the try. Not sure if it can be reshaped with some heat. For the short time it was in my mouth (almost) there was an amazing difference. I've lost a couple crowns that had poorly done margins, these coverings hid the gaps well.
