Stainless steel 4 egg poaching pan
Excellent quality, should last years.Works perfectly on my induction hob. Deep pan with non stick metal poaching cups which are deep enough for large eggs unlike many others I have seen. Also eggs cook quickly and evenly unlike in plastic cups. Non stick coating works and eggs just slide out onto my toast. Base pan can be used on its own or with glass lid. I honestly can't find anything not to like about it.

Fantastic dressmaking bible, easy to understand , great visual pictures, experienced or newbie sewer
Highly recommend this book.
I have been mainly dressmaking, alterations & some home makes, curtains etc since I was in my teens, now in my 60s. I have however avoided some things like buttonholes, stretch fabrics etc. after trying and failing in the past.This book is so well written and illustrated that it has inspired me to have a go again at those things.
I bought it primarily for my daughters to use and learn from and it is definitely suitable for all skill levels from beginner to the more experienced sewer. It covers just about anything you might want to know how to from fabric choices to seam finishes through to pattern alterations to get the right fit.
I know it is easy to find and view videos online nowadays, but having it all explained by Jules Fallon so clearly step by step and being able to refer to the book without searching online in the middle of a sewing project is invaluable in my opinion.The book is divided into easy to find sections. Worth every penny, I suspect it will be very well used in my home.

Good quality and price, not too big, fits inside caravan doorway easily when packing up. Delivered to local collection point whilst on holiday.
