Very convenient and works with Amazon Alexa

I purchased this mainly because I wanted to be able to control my TV and XboxOne with Amazon Echo. I had an issue setting it up at first, because during setup I hadn't realized my TV wasn't connected on my wi-fi. This made the TV uncontrollable through Harmony because it wasn't added properly. I emailed customer support and they responded promptly and fixed the issue for me. Now everything works fine!
