Genuine part - Easy to Switch
This is an exact replacement for the InSinkerator part originally installed on my Model 65. Easy to replace. I needed a full replacement as the internal rubber diaphragm was split but if you just need to replace the cosmetic chrome or white button, this can be easily prised off with finger nails without having to remove the whole unit. The photograph makes the white button look cream coloured but it is a genuinely bright white. Bear in mind that if the InSinkerator is "dead" there is a reset button on the bottom of the unit.

Smooth and accurate
Very pleased. I use this on a black granite top and its works very well. Its neat, so very portable, connects instantly and tracks very accurately. It's also very quiet when scrolling. All round good purchase.
