Dock's width is the same as the depth of a standard thinkpad
Observation: the dock's width is the same as the depth of a standard thinkpad; that extra design element was a bonus.
4-star = Sometimes the dock (or an attached thinkpad) will be disconnected from external monitor after waking from sleep.

Mail Packaging
It would be nice if the contents were arranged such that the mail packaging could fit through a standard letter box; the trek to the collection office is probably welcome exercise, but still.

Compact desk tidy.
Cheap as chips, somehow. Worried that it would not work on the older x230, but turned out fine after a while. Not used all the ports yet but works well for wireless mouse, network cable to hub, and 2nd monitor (yet to hook up a 3rd). Plenty of extra usb ports for etc left over.
Cons: the main usb cable is a little inflexible but can live with that.
