I contacted the seller to let him know without asking for refund or other free item. He answered me in a very mean way calling me a liar. The worms I ordered were well sized and hood quantity buy dead which can be for various reasons. I did not blame him for that and not asking for anything and I had a mean message in exchange. Maybe his ptofuct deserve the money but he does not answer nicely to his message. I am sorry with this experience.

Outstanding Quality item for its price !!!
Installed by Gas Safe Engineer at my 90 year old father’s home last Monday , he’s over the moon with how good it is and how easy it is to use .

Outstanding Product for the Money , Great Performer!
Absolutely what I wanted and need . Runs Very Quiet , easy to install , easy to access from the 'C'Drive and all related windows Picture / Video and Document programs . SIMPLY .... A Great Drive for very reasonable money / Cost . I can't fault it so far , but that obviously depends on it's longevity . That said ...... 5 STARS all round for this item .
