Love the delicate taste of Citron
I always use the Paradise citron to make our family recipe for Anise Seed Cookies. Usually that is around Christmastime when the citron (same brand) is available in the stores. However, they don't stock it year round so I was glad I could get it on Ebay. Citron has a lovely flavor - it's a hidden secret that most folks don't know about.
