Invicta Venom Hybrid Master Calendar
5 of 6 found this helpful I am a watch guy, and have a very decent collection. I have a growing Invicta collection, around 15 now. I tend towards larger chronographs, and this fits the bill perfectly. If you are looking at this chances are you know something about watches and Invicta. As such I will not waste time with a history other than to say Invicta has watches along many styles and price points, and IMHO the higher end Swiss Made are the best way to go.
You can check the specs for absolute details, but the main points are this is a large watch (over a pound), with plenty of style and elegance, as well as being a functional diver's watch. It turns heads, draws attention and absolutely WILL NOT hide under a cuff, sleeve, or sweater. The functions include: day, date, time (analog), month 1/10 second, 30 minute timer, and a chrono second hand. The "Hybrid" part of the name comes from the fact that this watch shares the same crown and pusher set as the Red Dot Award winning SubAqua NOMA V. Clean lines, and it clearly separates this watch from previous Venom editions with the rounded crown and pusher knobs. The design is like no other and the fact that this is NOT a very easy Invicta to find (even at retail outlets, including Invicta's OWN stores) make this a very desirable piece to own.
The Reserve line indicates Invicta's absolute best in quality and craftsmanship, and comes with a 5 year warranty. The more you examine this piece in detail, the more the intricacies can be appreciated. From the bezel to the movement, this is an easily discernible high end watch, by all standards. This watch gives you the ability to render your horology, no matter what the frame of time you are using or measuring. The intricacy, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and design are second to none. Mine is worn with pride.

Black Eagle Soars.!
2 of 2 found this helpful This watch is spot on in every way imaginable. To begin with, it is a Citizen Ego Drive, which for those who don't know means it is LIGHT POWERED. It will charge under virtually ANY light source, but most useful is solar power. give it a few hours in the window sill or where it can get direct sunlight and it will charge fully, never needing batteries or changes again. Just light to keep it powered and working. THAT alone is reason enough to own this, or any Eco Drive.
Secondly, it is a striking looking watch and never fails to be noticed. The black face and orange markings make it very noticeable. The Black Ion coating give it a more rugged and military look than some of its sibling watches of other design. (Personally, I also own the full titanium version as well)
Third, it is a technological wonder, and the real reason watch geeks and fans appreciate it. I won't list ALL of the features here but they include perpetual calendar, stopwatch, timer, two alarms, UTC and multi city time zones, power indicator, AM/PM indicator and A-T (Atomic Timing) for virtually anywhere in the world. It resets itself daily, and on demand if need be.
There are as I stated, several variations of this timepiece, from the Blue Angels and Red Arrows, to the Stainless Steel model. the newest generation changes the pusher arrangement and adds a slightly newer movement and adds a crocodile strap Rose Gold version to the lineup, but to me, this generation is the classic. The titanium version is almost 40% lighter than the Stainless version, and the Black Eagle comes in at lighter than the Stainless, but heavier than the Titanium so take your pick, you will not be disappointed.

Saphir Shoe Cream - Food for your shoes
I have been using Saphir products exclusively for over a year now and find there is no other product even remotely close.! The Shoe Cream is a product that moisturizes and rehydrates leather and maintains softness and flexibility while also providing an above average gloss. I use them color specific to my shoes, and I use the neutral when I want to be sure no color will run or shed. Saphir uses natural oils and ingredients so the shoe leather is not broken down as with silicone or other substances. Once you try it, you will never want to use anything else.
