Not bad but...
Its pretty good but be aware there are so many places you cannot use it because it cannot fit into corners and delves and tight areas. So it was good for 85% of my telephone extension run but not all the twists and turns. Also sometimes you have to take a risk because if you are near a corner you cannot see the exact location of the two prongs that you place over the wire. This means you could penetrate the wire and ruin your job. There should be a flexi fitting so you can use it at all angles etc.

Best I have tried yet!
I did a job and the first one I used was an original Black & Decker belt. It lasted around 2 minutes before snapping. I then used a Chinese belt I had bought on Ebay, that lasted around 1 minute. Then I used one of these that kept going for around 10 minutes before snapping - but a very good performance because it was a heavy duty task cleaning up the edges of some 3" x 3" posts.

Just the job
It fitted perfectly on the glass edge under my cooker vent in the kitchen. I was concerned I would bang my head on it with it being 6mm glass edge on. This fitted exactly and even looks really good.
