  Selling items they don't have in stock, took quite a few days to have the product ship to them. I had to ask what was going on. They did communicate right back. Box was beat up a bit, would have thought double boxing might be a good idea. Outside of those issues it IS what they said it would be. The overall time to order and receive was not accurate up front.

  Great seller. I had some shipping damage on one of the steps. The seller promptly sent me a new step. The steps do not come with instructions. They are easy to install, if needed just watch a YouTube video.
