  Misleading listing. Seller believes that not accepting returns is a way of forcing customers to keep the mis-sold items. Not apologetic, offers no resolution, simply says "I don't accept returns" and then advised me that "you still received one item for the price you chose to bid up to" as though receiving half of the listing is acceptable.

  I wasn't given the chance to do anything as a case had already been opened before I was asked about a return. Just to clarify I apologised straight away for any confusion caused. Also to add the outcome of the case was I wasn't at fault with my listing but buyer still left negative feedback.

  Ebay provided a refund and agreed that listing and photographing 2 items while only intending to sell/ship 1 was misleading.
