Stopped working 2 days after set up

Everything seemed fine during and after initial setup but when trying to enter a game the controllers had to be recalibrate then I didn't have any visual screen on the display, just appeared to be buffering. Set up process stated headset sensors were not working. Tried moving usb cable to other ports, rebooting computer and deleting and reinstalling firmware to no avail.
