The well designed, lightweight and long battery life comments are all relative, it's not the best but it's more than acceptable (unless you're a fussy nerd with more money than sense ๐). Over the years I've worked up to this one as specs have improved and prices have dropped. At it's price point this is a great 17.3" laptop from Acer. Intel N6000 CPU actually bursts to 3.3 GHz and the SSD Drive loads up so much faster than any Hard Disk Drive. I updated mine to 16 GB RAM. It's no gaming machine, but then you wouldn't expect it to be at the price. Downside is no SD Card slot nor DVD Drive (both available as cheap accessories on ebay) but it has Bluetooth, USB3 and HDMI. No wifi 6, but hey ho who has a wifi 6 router yet? For Emails, Word, browsing etc it's ideal and quick. Yes you can get cheaper but smaller, and then wish you'd bought this. Recommended for the casual user.

BUY IT. What a bargain. It's big for a laptop, or even for a small factor desktop, but it is VERY effective.

Just the job! At last I got the speed advertised by my ISP (and sometimes more than advertised). It's the 1200 bit that did it. And it doesn't stick out far from my laptop (so, hopefully, it won't break).
