  Despite being well packaged the item arrived with a small crack, which was unfortunate as it was perfect in every other way The seller responded very quickly and provided a full refund including postage. Whilst I did have to return the item in all other respects the process was very positive and I would certainly use this seller again

  Item received as advertised and on time, apparently well packed. On opening found part of the strimmer unit was smashed in transit (unknown cause). Fortunately only required for spares so some parts retrievable otherwise purchase would be a write-off. Communication with seller v/good.
