  Item received as advertised and on time, apparently well packed. On opening found part of the strimmer unit was smashed in transit (unknown cause). Fortunately only required for spares so some parts retrievable otherwise purchase would be a write-off. Communication with seller v/good.

  I appreciated the £3 discount and therefore the neutral experience. Maybe i have high expectations but when i received this for my sons car ,it arrived dirty and with a crack. In the picture it looks like it just had alot of age related scuff marks. When brought to the sellers attention, he was surprised why i was questioning the state of this item as it was so old, When i brought the crack to his attention, he pushed it back to how i might have forced it on the wheel causing it to crack.
