If they had actually refunded a week ago, I could have gone elsewhere fast...but they still have my money whilst knowing their untracked delivery had never happened. I see they actually do have the seed but are now selling it for £25 (£10 more). Outrageous. Birds haven't had seed for a few days now while we waited. Have bought again elsewhere.
