    Terrible seller. Waited a week for 12.75 kilos of bird seed to then be told it was 'lost' at checkout (a huge bag of seed?!) and did I want a refund? If they had actually refunded a week ago, I could have gone elsewhere fast...but they still have my money whilst knowing their untracked delivery had never happened. I see they actually do have the seed but are now selling it for £25 (£10 more). Outrageous. Birds haven't had seed for a few days now while we waited. Have bought again elsewhere.

    Quality and appearance of Item was not as advertised / described. This whole transaction was unfortunately problematic- item didn’t arrive, communication with seller was difficult as they either needed to be chased or didn’t answer the questions I asked them and just kept asking me to close the issue down repeatedly saying they would resolve it. They did however act honourably and issue a swift refund for which I am grateful.

    Have not yet started using the product item but quality may be good, condition of packing is good, value and appearance are both good. With a tarnish of using a poor courier service Evri, it's either schedule delivery to very late near evening time or unreliably dump goods in insecure public area but not to the receipiant buyer.
