Glad to find this, thanks again!

This is indeed the capsaicin gel that you can't get on the shelf here in the USA. Really works on inflamed areas to infiltrate them with heat and mitigate the pain. You do need to use sparingly, or else be prepared for the burn of the active ingredient. But it's a hurts good! it actually affects the pain situation, rather than just hiding it.
