I'd sent messages to the seller but have been ignored. Had to contact Ebay and managed to get a full refund. Avoid this seller, not a good Ebay trader.

I would rather have had the item, as it is now Too late to get a replacement before Christmas. Stay away from this seller, they do not delivery a service, Go elsewhere.

Used, different product-avoid
Received an entirely different, green product with absolutely no seal on it. Looks very much like it’s either refilled or used?
Will be returning the whole point of purchase was for hygiene

Not one of the alarms worked may as well put a fiver in the bin

Not great
The item doesn’t stick until the iron has been on it for over 2 minutes & even then you have to go over & over the edges. Then starts to peel off within a couple of days. Shame because it is beautiful
