No human to talk to for help
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a wonderful and convenient printer, however, I have had a lot of trouble getting connected from my Wi-Fi at home to connect to the printer. I have looked through all of the documents that I received when I was able to print them. Nothing has worked I have called my cell phone company and that hasn't helped either. I would like to be able to speak to a human being at Hewlett-Packard to find out what is going on and how I can rectify this problem. I purchased this printer for a small business that I have and I can't print labels from my email to this printer so it's a problem.
