Good Reference Book

This is a good reference book, but often reads like a textbook and the reader can get 'lost' in the details - but if you are looking for details and a full explanation, this is perfect. I've been following most of the instructions, but don't find myself losing weight - however I am sleeping better and feeling better so I suspect progress is an ongoing journey like everything else.
