It's a brand new book that contains a lot of useful information. It provides excellent examples and diagrams to explain the purpose, the importance, the history, the present and the future of the health care operations management. It's a short but a clear and easy understand reading book that contains the most up to date inforamtion. It's a very interesting book and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
