1 of 3 found this helpful I had bought this phone on the 9th of February turned it off 31st of March after fully charging the battery. Saturday April the 1st I couldn't turn it on so I couldn't use it,; so I have contacted Square Trade Insurance company who I insured it with ; so no more refureb mobile phones for me !
