  The shoulder speaker arrived on time in brand new condition and was well packaged. I tested it with a radio and managed to catch a station just putting on Come As You Are. Audio quality was perfectly passible as I only need it for a workplace comms radio. The ear piece is very comfortable (no edges!) and well worth the price.
