Disappointing flavor and texture
The filling is in an uncanny valley of sweet and sour, it needs to be sweeter or more sour with a sweeter cookie The filling also has a waxy unpleasant mouth feel. The cookie is bland even with the sugar sprinkled on to and has an unappealing texture.
