This jewellery is also sourced from a supplier who provides a free meal globally to a hungry child for every item we buy from them, so the more we buy the more they donate.

    Item was refunded, with no explanation from the seller, so I didn't receive item at all!!

    The refund was made straightaway almost after we received the order, as the item was damaged. On the drop-down list on the refund page we chose item damaged as the reason. You must have been informed of the reason for the refund, so quite puzzled by your negative feedback. You also don't seem to understand a negative feedback given willy nilly can be damaging to a small enterprise, in our case we are a social enterprise which donates all net profits. I give my time for free. Do think about it.

A con!
Very few rolls for the price! It's better to pay the same and buy from well known brands. I felt completely conned as I thought I was paying for 36 rolls and not 9! I received a small pack for quite a hefty amount for a product I had never heard about until recently.
