Poor suction, very loud.
2 of 2 found this helpful I found the cleaner to have very poor suction, it was very very loud and although the lead was supposed to be 'very long' i had to plug it in every room i was in. I was considering a more eco-friendly, efficient cleaner to replace my Henry Hoover, but instead sent the Vax back and apologised to Henry!
That said the returns process was simple and straightforward.
